Are six implants always more suitable than four?
There is no universal option. Your dentist compares solutions based on available bone, your bite and the goals of the restoration.
Does All-on-6 remove the need for bone grafting?
Not automatically. Bone volume and planned implant positions determine whether additional procedures are needed.
