Who is responsible for your data

The DAVINCI Dental website is operated by S.R.L. „FISA PRIM GROUP”, IDNO 1018600002693, with its registered office at 48 Ginta Latină Street, MD-2044, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For questions about data processing, contact us at office@davincidental.md or at the registered office address.

This policy covers the website and initial contact with the clinic. The handling of medical records and consent to treatment are explained separately in the patient relationship. We apply Republic of Moldova Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection and other applicable rules.

What data is processed

• Browsing: the hosting infrastructure may record your IP address, browser type, requested pages, access date and time, and technical errors.
• Direct contact: when you call, email or message us, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to share.
• Preferences: your browser stores your choices for Google Maps and YouTube, the preference version and the times they were saved and expire.
• External content: only with consent may the map and video player send technical data to Google.

In the current version, website forms validate data only in your browser and do not send requests to the clinic. To book an appointment, use the phone or email. Do not enter X-rays, identity documents or detailed medical information in the forms.

This website has no user accounts, online payments, audience analytics tools or advertising pixels.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use contact details to respond to an enquiry and, at your request, prepare a possible appointment or quote. Where applicable, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Operating and protecting the website is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure service while respecting visitors’ rights. Processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligation.

Loading Google Maps and YouTube depends on your voluntary choice. Refusal does not prevent browsing or contacting the clinic. Reading this policy is not consent to marketing or medical treatment. We do not use website data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Providers and external services

Correspondence is accessible to people authorised to respond to your enquiry. Hosting and communications providers may process the data necessary to run their services within their respective roles. The website is prepared for hosting on Vercel; provider information is available in its privacy notice.

Google Maps and YouTube have their own data processing terms. See Google’s privacy policy. International providers may process data in other countries. Any transfer under the clinic’s responsibility must meet the conditions and safeguards required by applicable law; consent to a player does not replace these obligations.

Links to Waze, social networks and messaging apps open independent services. Their policies apply when you access them. We do not sell visitors’ personal data.

How long data is kept

Cookie preferences remain valid for 180 days in the browser where you saved them. You can change or delete them sooner. If local storage is blocked, your choice applies only during the current visit.

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and, where applicable, fulfil legal obligations or defend rights. The period depends on the request. Your rights

Subject to the law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to office@davincidental.md, stating what you would like us to check. We may request information strictly necessary to verify your identity. We respond within the statutory period and explain any applicable limitations.

You have the right to complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova and use the legal remedies available to you.

Security, children and updates

Please share medical information through channels agreed with the clinic team. A parent or legal representative should make the initial contact when arranging an appointment for a child.
